Founded by two girls with Mauritanian roots and now independently owned by one of them, Sahrawiyat is inspired by heritage, femininity, and the beauty of pieces that carry meaning. From the meulfa to modern fashion inspirations, every collection reflects grace, confidence, and identity.
The name Sahrawiyat comes from Hassaniya, one of the languages spoken in Mauritania, and means Women of the Desert, a tribute to resilience, beauty, and culture.
